An order is a request to buy the materials listed, at the price shown, for delivery to a serviceable pin code. Confirm-rate materials are not sold until you accept a quote.

Turnkey packages are estimates, not checkout items. Flats are offered as a marketing partner. The named developer handles booking and payment.
